- Conducted requirement analysis and helped define both functional and non-functional requirements for the mini program, including response time, usability, and maintainability targets.
- Participated in system modeling and architecture planning, translating user needs into structured product requirements and implementation plans.
- Supported project planning through WBS, sprint breakdowns, and schedule coordination, helping the team structure delivery across multiple development phases.
- Contributed to risk management and formal technical review processes, including issue tracking, mitigation planning, and improvement recommendations.
- Coordinated review and testing activities, including static review support and documentation during white-box testing.
